The Blue Heron Artists & Artisans Gallery is an artist's co-op at The Village at Pigeon Lake, situated next door to the ATB bank on the West side of the Village. www.villageatpigeonlake.com

It came into being out of a need for retail space for the many talented people that live around the lake. The majority of our stock is from people that live at Pigeon Lake. The rest comes from Edmonton to Calgary and several places in between. Also Saskatchewan and British Columbia. All items in the store are handmade, quality Canadian art and handcrafts.

We are open seven days a week 10am to 5pm, Monday to Saturday and 10am to 4pm on Sunday. We will have later evening hours in the summer months.

We carry quilts, stained glass, fused glass, 3 different types of pottery, gold, silver and precious stone jewellery, knitted socks, touques and children's sweaters, soapstone carvings, embroidered bags, weaving, porcelain dolls, rustic furniture, rustic birdhouses and feeders, paintings in oil, acrylic and watercolour as well as numbered prints, photography from around the lake, sewn plush dolls, candles and soaps, fibre art, felted items and casual quilted jackets.

Our prices range from $2.50 to $2000.00

Most of our artists will accept commissioned work to suit the client.
